Shipping & Delivery

 

The shipping charge is quoted & shown underneath the item price on the order check out page.  Shipments weighing more than 150 lbs. will ship LTL freight and will incur additional shipping charges.

 

Shipping Speed: 

 

For all in stock consumer product line items/parts & accessories, orders received before 11AM Estern Time, Monday through Friday, are normally shipped the same day. Once shipped, orders take approximately three to five business days to arrive.

 

For all in stock commercial product line items, orders received before 11AM Estern Time, Monday through Friday, are normally shipped within 72 hours with complete item quality inspection. Once shipped, orders are approximately five to ten business days to arrive. 

 

Expediated shipping:

 

We can offer expedited shipping for most non-freight items (weighing less than 150 lbs.) Extra shipping and handling charges will apply. Please Note: Expedited shipping is not available for items shipping by truck freight. To place an order with expedited shipping, choose the appropriate shipping option during the check-out process. Your cost will be shown and will be added to your order total.

 

Freight damage:

 

The carriers we use to ship orders work very hard to deliver packages and freight in good condition. Sometimes, however, damage does occur.

Inspect all of your freight deliveries carefully and if you see any signs of damage to the packaging or to the item itself, note the condition on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, keep all the original packaging and report the damage to us right away by emailing us at info@gipowerproducts.com  or calling our Customer Service Department at (844) 877-5234 Ext: 101.  We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping directly to Canada & Clearing Canadian orders through customs

 

We ship non-freight items to Canada such as service parts and accessories.  By placing an order with us, you authorize General International Power Products LLC to appoint a Canadian Customs Broker to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise.  If your order is shipped via one of our drop ship carriers, they will submit the required documents to Canada Customs on your behalf and collect the applicable brokerage charges, duties and taxes (GST, HST, PST) from you at the time of delivery.
