Products return for a refund and an exchange within 30 days of purchase/invoice

1.     Within 30 Days with any reasons, a return lable with RMA # is issued and provided by General International;  All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and it will be deducted from the refund, and products MUST be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.  

2.     The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment;

we will issue a refund check only for items orginally paid for by check, money order or bank wire transfer. 

3.     Non-defective items are not eligible for a reurn after 30 days of the purchase. 


Defective Products under warranty


All new items we sell are covered under warranty from the original purchase date; Our trained technicians are able to trouble-shoot problems with you over the phone/email. If the item problem can not be resolved over the phone/email, please call the phone number below or email us @ info@gipowerproducts.com  respectively to obtain a RMA # and we will provide you instructions for shipping the item back to us

If 2% Defective allowance is offered and NOT accepted by dealers, products Return for a refund and an exchange must be within 30 or XX days of the purchase.

·       Dealer collects returned products and calls GI for an RMA number to ship products back to GI, prefer to be returned in a full pallet;

·       RMA is issued by GI;

·       Dealer pays for the return freight back to GI;

·      ALL products must be in original shipping cartons and in sellable condition.

·       Credit memo/Refund is issued by reducing 15% restocking fee to the original purchase/invoice

·       DMT pays freight or offsetting ONLY when original order exceeds $2,500 and must be approved by VP Sales. 



If 2% Defective Allowance is offered and accepted by dealers.

·       2% defective allowance can be deducted on all invoiced.

·       NO RETURNS will be accepted or any exceptions must be authorized by GI.
